Who am I?

Well hello there!
Glad you stopped by!

I’m Freja Oehlenschlæger Holte – a 22-year-old classical music enthusiast who simply can’t resist a good combination of chords or an over-the-top opera plot!

Listening, talking, and laughing about music is my happy place – and that’s exactly how this blog was born, sharing the (Moz)art of it all!

After a Satie-sfying year in Munich, studying at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater and soaking up every bit of musical magic the city could offer, I’m now Bach in Copenhagen, fine-tuning my skills at the Royal Danish Academy of Music.

Me on the road in Berlin

If something exciting’s happening in the music world, you can bet I’ll be there – probably with a pen, a cap-Puccini, and way too many opinions (trying my best to Handel it all). Franck-ly, I wouldn’t have it any other way!

From rehearsals and recitals to exploring opera houses, concert halls, and music history landmarks, classical music sneaks into every corner of my life – and I love sharing those adventures and trying to un-Ravel the mysteries of it all here on the blog!

Got thoughts, questions, or a killer story to share? Hit me up!

Or stick around and I’ll (Caroline) Shaw you why classical music totally rocks!
